Commons Bug

Posted by Jesse Rice-Evans (she/they) on

Hey all-

You may have noticed that there’s not a category available on the site for our Week #3 responses. IDK what’s going on and I’ve been trying like crazy to fix this, but for now, just go ahead and make a new post for your responses and be sure to select Week #3 Responses from the Categories menu and post.

Please also add your Week #3 Response to your respective Google Drive folders (available here).

Again, I’m out of town with limited service, but please email if you need me!

ISSUES WITH POSTING TO COURSE SITE

Posted by Jesse Rice-Evans (she/they) on

Hey all-

I’ve been troubleshooting posting images/media to the sections I mentioned on our course site, but I’ve run into a few issues getting everything set up. Instead of posting your first response and digital receipt, create them and *hang onto them* while I get your Google Drive folders set up and finalize my redo of the course site architecture.

Plan on another quick site tour on Tuesday, and thanks for your patience!

Digital Receipts

Posted by Jesse Rice-Evans (she/they) on

For this course, you’re required to keep track of your work for our writing and projects in the form of digital receipts. These are due weekly on our course site.

These can take the form of:

Screenshots from phone/computer of notes or research materials
Short videos of your materials, including brief narration of where you are in your projects
Written notes chronicling your current work
Creative interpretation of your work (e.g., meme, GIF, photo essay, collage, etc.)
Other reasonable multimedia receipts
